Trixie, the edible printer

We are soo excited at PGB about our edible printer – we’ve called her Trixie and she is a shiny midnight blue machine of Swedish/Thailand origin.

A picture being a thousand words, here is the first cake that we printed on, is this not the prettiest thing:

I can’t wait to see a cake with a photograph on it!

We’re already getting requests for cakes and toppers so Trixie is going to be busy.

Also in  the category of exciting is the upcoming cookbook!!! January 2016 is still a long time away but the photos (now all edited by Christina) are just stunning and the recipes are pretty great too.

Here’s one of my favourite photos – it’s raining coconut – maybe because I just love the Toasted Coconut:
